J y suis allée mardi vers 17 h30 avec ma petite fille de 4 ans et j ai parlé en nld mais je suis francophone , j ai fais ce que j ai pu ! avec la caissière ( jeune fille brune avec une queue de cheval ) très très antipathique !! Pas à sa place du tout avec les clients quel dommage pour cette enseigne !!!

Geen enkele Delhaize is goedkoop. Sinds ik in Anzegem ben komen wonen, doe ik mijn boodschappen bij de Delhaize, terwijl de Aldi en Colruyt in Waregem niet veel verder zitten.
Maar het personeel wat er nu werkt is echt top. Altijd vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ik doe er mijn boodschappen en'probeer altijd voor het huismerk te gaan. Ik koop echter altijd de A klasse van alles en vind dat de prijzen van Delhaize daarop best meevallen. Het is wel altijd goed opletten wat ik koop, want het blijft nou eenmaal geen goedkope winkel. Maar ik kan er bijna alles krijgen wat ik nodig heb en ze zijn altijd super vriendelijk aan de kassa. Moet er ook nooit heel lang wachten, want dan openen ze een nieuwe kassa. Wat dat betreft toch heel wat meer service als bij de Aldi.

Aangenaam winkelen, vriendelijk personeel, assortiment mooi gepresenteerd. Alleen staat de airco voor mij als klant soms iets te hoog. Vond het vandaag maar frisjes om te winkelen

Vraag mij af waarom je de zelfscankassa's nooit kunt gebruiken, terwijl je moet staan aanschuiven in de rij.
En dit na meer dan een jaar en met als uitleg de IT staat nog niet op punt wat een uitleg.

De ideale buurtwinkel voor vele inwoners, alleen de kassa kan beter. Meestal maar één kassa open en de zelfscan is al 3j gesloten. Begrijpen wie kan. Dringend een oplossing a.u.b vandaar dat deze in Vichte beter is voor uw dagelijkse boodschappen.
