Voor de renovatie van onze keuken wisten we al lang dat we wilden samenwerken met WSOF. En wauw, wat zijn we tevreden met het resultaat!

De communicatie en samenwerking verliep altijd heel vlot, een afspraak meer of minder om de plannen te finetunen was helemaal geen probleem. Je brainstormt echt samen met hen naar een perfect resultaat.

We wilden graag een unieke en originele keuken en het resultaat overtrof onze verwachtingen. Ook de installatie gebeurde vlot en propertjes. Wij raden WSOF aan iedereen aan en zijn zeker van plan om ze terug te contacteren bij toekomstige projecten.

Fijne samenwerking met erg vriendelijke en enthousiaste medewerkers.
Ik ben erg tevreden over onze keuken.
Enige opmerking die ik kan maken is dat de praktische kant een beetje uit het oog verloren ging. De kasten zijn erg hoog ontworpen, zelf hebben we hier bij nazicht niet op gelet, maar als ontwerper zou daar misschien iets meer op gelet kunnen worden.
Verder erg tevreden over materiaal, communicatie, afspraken nakomen. Top! Je voelt de liefde voor het vak. Dank jullie.

Zoals de meesten ben ik bij WSOF beland dankzij de foto's van hun projecten.
Een heel vriendelijk en professioneel team, ze zijn erin geslaagd mijn wensen te vertalen naar wat technisch mogelijk is, en in een heel kleine ruimte een maximum aan stijlvolle berging te maken.

Bad experience, wouldn't go there again, even if we were paid for it:

Beautiful project (kitchen)
Outrageously out of time (5 months more than initially announced)
Not realy solution oriented (communication seems very hands on (lots of smileys and 'positive communication', but they don't listen to the needs and only make proposals that arrange them not you as client sitting with the problems).
When real problems occur: their pattern is to blame you instead of taking their responsabilities and find real solutions (not like I said above solutions for them, but solutions to answer the clients needs). I Noticed the same pattern with comments of other disappointed clients. For instance, in our case they blame us for the delay (arguing we made many changes. Hugh They forget to say that the delay was due mainly to multiple errors in their plans and dimensions:-( These errors had to be rectified by modifiing dimensions of the cupboards. Our fault? Really? Or they blame us for the sink arguing we changed it? hugh? AgainYes we changed it, but before changing the model we asked them if it was possible in advance. And we received approval,for the change. So the error must be somewhere else than in our shoes. When we make mistakes, and we do make misatkes, we acknowledge them and we apologise. We don't blame someone else. This attitude is certainly also part of our very negative experience with WSOF.
At the end, we are left with a certainly beautiful looking kitchen but full of troubles: One door falls out , sink is not placed like it should be, Dust bins cannot be removed (and emptied) without forcing the door, peeling joints...

This all for a luxury price, wich we accepted as we believed it would be truly worth it....

I did a built in closet with them and was disappointed with the outcome. On the one hand due to a misunderstanding they did it without doors. I take my part of the blame in that I approved the drawings but they did not interpret my wishes right (I sent an email of what I wanted and it clearly had doors). And then they quoted me over 2k€ to add the doors! I ended up doing them with another supplier for much less.
But my biggest issue with them is that after paying significantly for a built-in closet, they did not do the final touches. As you can see in my picture, there is a space of about 1.5cm between the top of the closet and the roof - not nice and impossible to clean. At this point I would have preferred to go with an IKEA closet for less than a fourth of the price… do not recommend working with them.

We waren al een tijd op zoek naar een oplossing voor onze smalle gang waar we echt nood hadden aan bergruimte. Waar andere bedrijven met standaardideetjes afkwamen, dacht WSOF out of the box en deden ze suggesties om de ruimte zo open mogelijk te houden en toch zo veel mogelijk opbergruimte te creëren. Hierbij werd ook rekening gehouden met de aanwezige moluren. De werknemers van wsof zijn allemaal heel erg aangenaam in de omgang en communicatie verliep dan ook heel de tijd erg vlot! We mochten ook gedurende de hele aanloop van het project aanpassingen doorsturen en bespreken tot de kasten echt helemaal waren wat we wilden en nodig hadden! Super content en dat dan nog voor een betaalbare prijs!

Bij onze totaalrenovatie met WSOF samengewerkt voor een badkamermeubel, een glazen/stalen wand, een glazen/stalen deur en een zitbankje. We zijn enorm tevreden over het eindresultaat, stuk voor stuk erg mooi! Kleine probleempjes doorheen het proces (foutjes in opmeting, beschadigd glasvak) werden snel en op een aangename manier opgelost. Communicatie liep wel voornamelijk via mail, met hier en daar onduidelijkheden tot gevolg. Dit zou misschien iets efficiënter kunnen, maar gezien het eindresultaat nemen we dat er graag bij. Ook erg onder de indruk van het sympathieke team plaatsers: voor de stalen wand en deur meer dan 12u aan een stuk hard doorgewerkt om het tot in de puntjes juist af te werken.
